Calling all shes, theys, and gays! It's time to unleash your inner artist with Make-A-Mug clay class! Join us for a relaxing and therapeutic pottery class where you can unwind, make new friends, and make something beautiful.

Breathe on the Beach

Prepare for an evening of self-care as we start with a gentle stretch and guided meditation led by the wonderful @sarahthecounsellor.

Come as you are, with an open heart, and join us for an evening of mindful connections, self-care, and gentle introspection!

Where:📍Willows Beach, Victoria

What to bring: A journal, pen, yoga mat/towel
Optional: bathing suit (if you're polar dipping!), sweater in case it gets chilly

Spring Solstice Hike

To celebrate the arrival of Spring, we're exploring the island on foot and immersing ourselves in the beauty of west coast.

📍East Sooke Provincial Park + Aylard Farms

Go as far as you want or as short no pressure. The trail has plenty of nice lookout spots and pet friendly.
